About the event
To celebrate St Patricks Day our chef a student of Dublin College teaches us the classics of soda bread, leek soup and irish stew.
This program is supported by Bite of Burnaby, a month-long celebration showcasing the vibrant culinary scene in Burnaby, BC. For more information about the festival, visit biteofburnaby.ca.
This one of a kind cooking class explores some classic Irish fayre.
We will head straight in with Leek and Potato Soup, students will take part in all
aspects of this class.
Second, we'll all make soda bread, and bake it in house,
